 Join Jill Tonks for this session to develop a strong sense of resilience in tough and demanding professional settings.  Discover new ways of overcoming adversity with mental perseverance and explore recent psychological findings in relation to conflict resolution.

  • Perform during mentally challenging situations: Build greater capacity to mobilise energy during challenging situations

    Jill Tonks has over 20 years experience of working with individuals and teams to improve performance. She has a passion for unlocking potential through resilience and well being.

    Her company MJM has run workshops for public and private sector companies like the Samaritans and the General Medical Council.

    Jill is also a huge fan of yoga and outdoor activities like cycling; she looks forward to helping you discover how to channel mental strength at this session!
